Payment

We currently offer appointments at a low self-pay cost of $70 per visit. This fee is due prior to your appointment. You will receive a link for this payment the day of your appointment. Our payment portal is secure and accepts most credit, debit, and HSA cards. 

We recently started accepting United Healthcare! You will still need to verify that we are an in-network provider for your plan and that you have coverage for virtual services. 

If you would like to pay with United Healthcare, please let us know when scheduling your appointment, and upload a photo of your insurance card when completing your intake forms. 

We do not currently accept any other insurance plans. If your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement for your visit by submitting an itemized superbill to your insurance company. You can download a superbill from your patient portal or request one be emailed to you. 

We charge a $20 administrative fee for the completion of any online or paper forms such as FMLA or prior authorizations for medications.

We want to make sure that we have enough time to adequately address all of your questions and concerns, and we do not want you to feel rushed during your visit. If you have multiple concerns or a particularly complicated issue, we may need to break it into more than one appointment. Any need for this will always be clearly communicated with you by your provider. 

Need to pay your bill? You will receive a link via text and email to pay your bill shortly before your visit. If you have any trouble paying your bill or have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
